What's included in the Programme?
Students have access to our unique online A-Team Learning platform. This provides complete coverage of the A-Level Maths course, including the applied Mechanics and Statistics elements. This can be accessed from any device including their mobile - allowing them to make use of this fantastic resource both at home and away from home.
Students can easily find topics using our clearly set out pages showing each topic covered through the course.
Each topic is broken down into clear lessons which help students build their understanding progressively. Within lessons there are lesson questions - opportunities for students to practice what they are learning to make sure they can apply what is being taught. Students can also use these questions to direct them to the most appropriate videos for them to watch.
As well as lesson videos, students also have access to a complete set of past exam paper questions and worked solutions to help them learn how to tackle the most challenging exam questions so they can be sure they're on track for a grade A/A*
All lessons are clearly laid out and explained, and questions throughout check students' understanding. Unlike the work students complete at school or through their text book, our lessons are designed to ensure that students have a deep enough knowledge to be able to tackle exam paper questions with confidence as they progress through the course.
All questions which appear in lessons are collected together in one place, so students can use them either as they progress through the topic, at the end of the topic as a final assessment, or even prior to tackling a topic so they know exactly which lessons to focus on. Every is designed so it's use can be tailored to students individual needs and preferred way of learning.
Students also have access to full worked solutions to these questions to really help them get to grips with everything quickly and to help them pinpoint areas where they may need more support.
We believe it's essential that students have a clear plan of everything they need to know - and so we provide them with just that! They can mark off topics as they progress through them, make notes against each lesson so they know where they need to follow things up, and our programme tracker even let's them know just what progress they've made, and what still needs to be done
As students work through each topic and the lesson questions they can log any problem areas in their weekly progress tracker. This helps them stay on top of things that need further work, and also allows our team to keep an eye on how they doing.
Of course the real goal is for our students to use the Tailored Support programme to achieve a grade A/A* - and the key to this is for them to practice the most challenging past exam paper questions. That's why we give our students access to our extensive Exam Bank and solutions, and our unique tracking system where students can traffic light their performance and then use this to identify and fix any gaps in their understanding.
